What we are glad to hear about
- A platform's pricing has changed and our data is out of date
- A feature is marked incorrectly for a platform
- A platform we do not include that publishes its pricing and serves event organizers
- Anything confusing or unclear about how the calculator works
What we cannot do
We cannot give you private or negotiated rates for a platform, we only work from public pricing. We also cannot advise you on which platform to choose for your specific situation beyond what the calculator shows; the tool is designed to give you the cost and feature picture so you can decide.
